The South Korean government is creating a legal framework that will support tokenization and promote innovations in its financial sector.Before the deal with Circle, it is important to note that the above-mentioned organizations had already created a joint task force for developing the digital wallet and payment solutions involving stablecoins, digital assets, as well as traditional fiat money.The newly established Circle partnership serves as yet another step towards the development of blockchain-based financial services in South Korea.
