Cryptocurrency Solana recorded significant ecosystem growth in Q3 2026, with application revenue, decentralized exchange activity, and stablecoin adoption reaching new milestones. The network generated nearly $300 million in application revenue, up 50% from Q2, while spot DEX volume climbed to $197 billion. However, SOL’s technical outlook presents a different picture. Following rejection near $125, the SOL price could face a deeper correction, with crypto analyst Crypto Patel identifying $73–$78 as a potential demand zone. Solana’s Q3 Performance Highlights Expanding Activity
Solana highlighted substantial ecosystem expansion during its Q3 update, describing growth across its network as parabolic. Application revenue approached $300 million, representing a 50% increase from Q2. The growth reflects increasing economic activity across applications operating on the blockchain.
Meanwhile, spot decentralized exchange volume reached $197 billion, demonstrating the scale of trading activity taking place across the ecosystem. “The growth is just parabolic all across the board.”

Developer participation also remained strong. Nearly 2,900 projects were submitted for Colosseum’s Frontier initiative, highlighting continued interest in building applications within the Solana ecosystem. Also Read: Solana Joins Polygon’s Open Money Stack as SOL Price Eyes Potential Breakout
Rising Network Adoption Strengthen Solana’s Position
Stablecoin adoption provided another important indicator of Solana’s expanding financial infrastructure. The network’s stablecoin market capitalization reached $17.51 billion, marking another all-time high. An increase in stablecoin liquidity can facilitate decentralized trading, lending, payments, and settlement transactions.
It can also reinforce Solana’s standing as infrastructure for digital financial services. The rise in DEX volumes serves as additional proof of the capability of the network to attract trading activities. Furthermore, having solid fundamentals of an ecosystem does not assure that the SOL price will appreciate soon. SOL Price Faces Key Levels After Rejection Near $125
Rejection of the SOL price near $125 has highlighted the technical setup of the coin.
Crypto Patel thinks that the coin may have finished its bullish five wave Elliott Wave Impulse setup, which can open up for an ABC correction setup. The analyst sees $90-$93 as immediate support, which may provide a bottom for the first corrective wave. If buyers protect this area, then the SOL price might stage an attempt to rebound back to $107–$112. However, this area is a possible rejection level for Wave B and not a break-out level. The breakdown of immediate support can lead to the exposure of the next important level of demand at $73-$78, which is possible completion of Wave C.
Crypto Patel Maps Out a Potential $200 Breakout
In the Elliott Wave Theory, Crypto Patel is of the opinion that SOL may undergo further decline before forming the next bullish pattern. In the event that this is true, SOL may decline to $90-$93 before rebounding to $107-$112. Further decline to $73-$78 may follow thereafter. Source: Crypto Patel’s X Post
