Stellar (XLM) Signals Major Rally After Consolidation
According to the crypto analyst @TakeProfitNow, the XLM price has exhibited a pattern of market behavior that has been known to precede some of its best rallies in the past.
Having spent a long time consolidating, the digital currency seems to be gathering strength without catching too much of the attention of traders.

The current structure may be viewed as the start of another expansion cycle if the buyers manage to break through the resistances.
The previous rallies were seen as irrelevant at first and then gained traction, making bulls optimistic. Following the previous trend, the XLM price might break through the $0.90 mark, but confirmation would require a stronger bull run. Stellar’s Stablecoin Expansion Highlights Growing Demand
The data from MSB Intel further highlighted that stablecoins’ market capitalization on the Stellar platform has gone up, growing by 17.11% within the last 30 days to be at around $390.05 million.
This growth is because more and more people and organizations have come to see the benefits of using blockchain-powered stablecoins for fast and cost-effective payments. The increased liquidity of Stellar’s stablecoin network demonstrates a need for on-chain finance infrastructures.
With the growing popularity of stablecoins in the areas of international payments, remittances, and tokenization of finances, the increased liquidity in Stellar’s network might help in increasing its importance in the digital economy sector. What Happens Next?
The future of Stellar is largely dependent on the performance of the XLM price breaking crucial levels of resistance and maintaining bullishness.
If this happens, then it would be possible to see the asset move towards its targets. This is because an increase in the adoption and usage of the stablecoin will boost the confidence of investors. Also Read: Stellar (XLM) Eyes Bullish Breakout to $1.50 as Stablecoin Supply Nears $1B
